Job summary

HousingAnywhere Group seeks a seasoned People Operations Manager to lead HR operations across the Netherlands and France. You will manage a small HR team, ensure payroll accuracy, and drive analytics and governance with a process-driven mindset.

The role is headquartered in Rotterdam with a hybrid work policy (3 days in office) and regular interaction with French offices. Strong Dutch labor knowledge and international HR experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in HR with proven team supervision.
• Experience in Dutch HR is a must; French HR is a strong plus.
• Hands-on Dutch payroll experience is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 3-person HR sub-team (1 Generalist, 2 Admins).
• Oversee Dutch and French payroll processes and annual salary review.
• Drive HR analytics, audits, and process governance across 3 locations.
