AITO, a luxury brand in the world of high-end intelligent vehicles, leads with smart technology and premium service. We are seeking a visionary Head of Residual Value & Remarketing to build pan-European asset risk governance, RV lifecycle modeling, and off-lease remarketing strategy.

You will shape internal models, monitor market trends across Europe, design a 0-to-1 remarketing engine, and align RV assumptions with TCO and leasing competitiveness, working with Fleet/KAM and Financial Services

Qualifikationen

• Experience in automotive residual value management or asset risk governance.
• Deep expertise in depreciation modeling and used-vehicle market analysis across European markets.
• Direct experience setting up remarketing channels (auctions, dealer networks, CPO) and managing defleeting workflows.
• Ability to develop internal valuation frameworks and manage end-to-end remarketing pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Establish and govern RV setting models, lifecycle depreciation, and risk provisioning across Europe.
• Monitor used EV market trends and adjust RV baselines and reserve policies.
• Design and build end-to-end B2B defleeting and remarketing pipeline for returned lease and buyback vehicles.
• Structure multi-channel remarketing partnerships (auctions, dealer networks, CPOs).
• Set SLAs with logistics and refurbishment partners to ensure timely resales (e.g., 30-day turnaround).
• Collaborate with Fleet/KAM and Financial Services to align RV assumptions with TCO models.
