OPENLANE Europe is seeking an Auction Specialist in the Netherlands to manage end-to-end vehicle auctions, advise on pricing and strategy, and maximize sales while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will work with a diverse seller base including traders, fleets, leasing firms, and OEMs, ensuring efficient processes and strong market insight.

The role requires 0–3 years in automotive remarketing, Dutch fluency, and an analytical, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in automotive industry or remarketing.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.
• Commercial mindset with regular seller contact.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end auction process and select vehicles for auction.
• Determine competitive pricing using market insights.
• Monitor performance, bid follow-up, and maximize sales.
• Perform risk analyses on bids, cancelled vehicles, and stock.
• Build relationships with customers across markets and provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient auction processes.
