Job summary

Desert Ant Labs seeks a hands-on Partnerships Lead to drive the partner pipeline from initial outreach to successful integrations. You will demo our models, explain on-device inference to CTOs, and help shape pricing and terms with the founders.

You will travel across Europe and to the US for large deals, building direct relationships with platform vendors and app builders, while ensuring data sovereignty for European customers.

Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships at a developer platform, infrastructure company, or similar.
• Ability to demo models and explain on-device inference to CTOs and technical buyers.
• Strong understanding of how tech companies decide what to build and buy.
• Familiarity with European tech landscape and data sovereignty.
• Proactive person who can prospect, call, and handle paperwork solo.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the partner pipeline from first call to launched integration.
• Demo our models and explain on-device inference to technical buyers.
• Collaborate with founders on pricing and deal terms.
• Report partner requests to model/SDK teams.
• Create concise updates for partner distribution.
• Travel to partners across Europe, and to the US for large deals.
