Job summary

Deeploy is seeking a Partner Manager, AI Governance, to grow our partner ecosystem in enterprise AI governance. You will build relationships with consultancies and system integrators, co-sell with them into enterprise accounts, and collaborate with our GTM team to win deals.

This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam and reports to the COO. You will shape the partner programme, enable partners with messaging and onboarding, and drive partner-led revenue while translating market feedback into product

Qualifications

3+ years in partnerships, alliances or enterprise software sales with consultancies or system integrators.
Proven track record in co-selling enterprise deals with partners and account executives.
Experience building or running a partner programme with tiers, incentives and pipeline reporting.
Genuine interest in AI governance, risk and compliance and ability to explain business value to executives.
Strong ownership and proactive drive; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Build the partner network with consultancies and system integrators for enterprise AI governance deals.
Co-sell with partners by planning target accounts, pitching opportunities, and closing deals with account executives.
Own the partner programme: define tiers, incentives and reporting; track partner-sourced pipeline.
Equip partners with messaging, pitches and onboarding to position and sell Deeploy.
Organise joint events with partners and Marketing; be on stage when ready.
Turn partner and market feedback into actionable insights for sales and product.
