Job summary

AdamI is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to build and scale partnerships with external collaborators. You will define partner strategies, translate them into actionable plans and drive joint go-to-market initiatives that convert into projects and revenue.

You will engage with Dutch and English-speaking stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to accelerate growth in the AI and tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

5+ years in partnerships, go-to-market or business development in tech/AI/cloud.
Proven track record of successful partnerships, not just signed agreements.
Network in the Dutch tech or AI ecosystem, or ability to build one quickly.
Enough technical depth to discuss GenAI, agents and cloud with engineers.
Strategic thinker who also owns execution and communicates with business owners and partners.

Responsibilities

Strategy: define which partners we grow with and how our proposition is positioned for them and their clients.
Planning: translate that strategy into a concrete plan with clear priorities, targets and a partner pipeline.
Execution: close and activate partnerships, build joint go-to-market and convert it into projects and revenue.
