Job summary

Desert Ant Labs is seeking a hands-on partnerships lead in Amsterdam with remote Europe coverage. You will find partners, manage calls, write proposals, and oversee each integration launch.

Our models run on user devices, with optional European inference hosts for server needs and data sovereignty is prioritized. You will collaborate with founders on pricing and terms, report partner requests to product teams, and craft updates for partner communications.

Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships at a tech company or in venture capital/tech consultancy.
• Ability to demo a model and explain on-device inference to a CTO without notes.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and to the US for large deals.

About the role

The work is hands-on. You find partners, run the calls, write the proposals, and follow each integration until it launches.

Our models run on the user's phone or laptop, so a partner's user data never leaves it. For partners who need a server, our models also run on European inference hosts. Customers often name data sovereignty first.

What you will do

• Write short updates that partners can forward inside their company.
• Travel to partners across Europe, and to the US for large deals.

You might be a fit if you

• Can demo a model and explain on-device inference to a CTO without notes.
• Know the European tech industry, and why data sovereignty matters to European companies.
• Have been the only person in a function, doing the prospecting, the calls, and the paperwork yourself.
• Write short, clear updates.
