Job summary

LionsBot International is seeking an Operations Administrator with a focus on invoicing, ERP, and order management. You will issue invoices, prepare quotes, and forecast spare parts, ensuring timely communication with customers across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations admin, procurement, logistics coordination, or order management.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP Business One, NetSuite, or equivalent); must be able to create POs and invoices independently.
• Experience preparing commercial quotes from price lists in a B2B context.
• Strong written English for professional communication with European dealers and partners.
• High attention to detail — invoicing and quoting errors have direct financial consequences.
• Familiarity with international trade documentation (HS codes, commercial invoices) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices (robots and spare parts) and credit notes accurately and within 24 hours of delivery/shipment confirmation.
• Preparing spare parts forecast based on the spare parts order receiving from customers and following with SG team on spare parts shipping
• Transparent communication with customers on spare parts and related queries
• Prepare and issue commercial quotes for sales and service requirements based on approved price lists.
• Maintain spare parts master data in ERP including HS codes, country of origin, and product descriptions.
• Provide daily status updates to GM Europe on invoicing and quoting activity.
