GI Europe is setting up its EU presence to coordinate customer communication, order management, and logistics support for GI Corporation in the United States. We are hiring an EU Operations & Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day customer coordination, delivery tracking, and office administration.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle quotes, purchase orders, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with U.S. operations on lead times and shipment planning.
• Track shipments and communicate with freight partners and customers.
• Maintain documentation accuracy (CoC, packing lists, invoices, export/import files).
• Support customer relationships and distributor communication.
• Manage basic office administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Based in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.
• Experience in operations support, logistics, sales coordination, or office administration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or technical product sales.
• Familiarity with EU logistics and customs workflows (EORI, VAT filing, import documentation).
• Prior involvement with EU OEM customer processes (Airbus, Safran, Leonardo, MTU, etc.).
• Competence in handling traceability documentation (CoC, CoA, serial/lot tracking).
• Experience coordinating with U.S. teams or cross-time-zone operations.
