Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our European team. This hybrid role involves managing finance mailboxes, contractor approvals, and timely payments, while coordinating customer billing with the international Finance Department.

You will support the transition from local bookkeeping to Netsuite, assist with credit control and debt management, and liaise with Legal, HR and Payroll for local and regional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/finance/administration.
• 2+ years in a role with administrative and financial responsibilities, preferably international.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Finance mailbox management and handling financial queries with operational teams.
• Oversee contractor approvals and timely invoice processing for affiliates and vendors.
• Manage payments to affiliates and vendors; ensure accurate customer billing.
• Support transition from local bookkeeping to Netsuite; assist credit control and debt management.
• Coordinate with international teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Payroll) for local operations.

Education
