ViCentra B.V. is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the European marketing function for the Kaleido insulin patch system and its digital health ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive marketing experience in MedTech, medical devices, or digital health, including at least five years at a senior or director level.
• Demonstrated experience leading EU multi-market marketing functions, ideally within insulin pump, AID, CGM, or diabetes care.
• Proven track record building and developing high-performing marketing teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• Experience with new market entry strategy and execution in EU healthcare markets, including reimbursement and distributor commercial models.
• Deep understanding of HCP and patient marketing in Type 1 diabetes or a closely adjacent therapeutic area.
• Strong digital marketing credentials across CRM, SEO/SEA, social media, email, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the annual EU marketing strategy for the Kaleido system across Germany, France, The Netherlands, and pipeline markets.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of EU marketing managers, recruiting new country leads as part of market expansion.
• Serve as the senior marketing point of contact for distribution partners, aligning country activity with Market Access and Sales.
• Own the EU digital marketing strategy, website, SEO/SEA, CRM, email, and social, including a Direct-to-Consumer plan.
• Track EU market and competitive intelligence, turning insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns spanning HCP, patient, and payer audiences, ensuring alignment with upstream strategy.
