Nordson Industrial Coating Systems is seeking a motivated Customer Service Employee to join our European team in Geleen, Netherlands. You will manage quotations, orders, and customer inquiries using SAP, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations and Technical Support to ensure accurate, timely service.

The role offers exposure to SAP, international business processes, and growth within a global organisation, with potential hybrid working after onboarding and continuous learning opportunities.

• Must have strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Be the primary contact for European customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create and process quotations and orders using SAP and related systems.
• Manage inquiries received via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Provide accurate updates on orders, deliveries and requests.
• Handle returns, warranty claims and credits, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Operations and Tech Support.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data and follow up on open items.
