Nordson Industrial Coating Systems is seeking a motivated Customer Service Employee to join our European team in Geleen, Netherlands. You will manage quotations, orders, and customer inquiries using SAP, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations and Technical Support to ensure accurate, timely service.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for European customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create and process quotations and orders using SAP and related systems.
• Manage inquiries received via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Provide accurate updates on orders, deliveries and requests.
• Handle returns, warranty claims and credits, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Operations and Tech Support.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data and follow up on open items.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders across Europe.
• Create and process quotations and customer orders using SAP and related systems.
• Manage customer inquiries received via email, telephone, and ticketing systems.
• Provide customers with accurate updates regarding orders, deliveries, and requests.
• Handle returns, warranty claims, credit requests, and other after-sales activities.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate appropriate escalation when required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Operations, and Technical Support teams.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer and order information.
• Proactively follow up on open quotations, orders, and customer requests.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused team environment.
