Job summary

Delta-Electronics in the Netherlands is seeking a dedicated Costumer Support professional to grow our EMEA market presence by supporting the Sales team and other departments.

You will process customer orders in SAP, confirm delivery dates, follow up on data quality, manage order backlogs, coordinate with supply chain and logistics, and handle invoicing while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Order Processor and Customer Sales Support.
• Experience in industrial market segment is a plus.
• Fluent English; other European languages preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to perform under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in SAP and confirm delivery dates.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect data with customers or internal teams.
• Monitor order backlog and expedite to meet delivery dates.
• Manage forecast and coordinate with supply chain, sales and customers.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with warehouse/transport.
• Create and maintain customer master data and price data in SAP/SPS.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain customer relations.
• Assist with invoicing and AR follow up as needed.
