Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Sales Director – Enterprise for the Benelux region. You will lead named and major accounts in the Netherlands, driving strategy, hiring top talent, and scaling revenue with a high-performance culture.

You’ll design GTM strategies, run qualification frameworks, and coach reps to close complex enterprise deals while leveraging AI for data-driven coaching and tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing and scaling enterprise sales teams in cloud/cybersecurity or enterprise infrastructure.
• Deep operational discipline with MEDDPICC and enterprise forecasting.
• Strong deal strategy, coaching, and KPI-driven leadership.
• Understanding of modern cloud infrastructure, zero-trust, and edge programmability for executive audiences.
• Ability to leverage AI/data analytics to accelerate deal velocity and tailor proposals.

Responsibilities

• Bring Operational Rigor & Scale by embedding MEDDPICC and ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Be the Ultimate Deal Sparring Partner to guide account plans and coaching on complex enterprise deals.
• Drive the Programmable Enterprise Playbook to position Cloudflare as an agile platform, not just a vendor.
• Drive Modern Sales Innovation using AI tools for coaching and personalized client proposals.
• Build & Scale a Team of A-Players through recruiting, onboarding, and development.
• Craft & Own the Market by defining the Benelux enterprise playbook and territory design.
