Cloudflare in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Sales Director – Enterprise, Benelux to architect a premier enterprise sales engine. You will lead both Named and Major Accounts, drive strategy, hire top talent, and scale revenue while preserving the high-performance culture Cloudflare is known for.

This role requires entrepreneurial leadership, a modern approach to AI-assisted coaching, and the ability to accelerate deal velocity while maintaining rigorous qualification frameworks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Operational rigor and MEDDPICC expertise with a track record in forecasting.
• Strategic coaching and deal strategy with KPI focus.
• Deep understanding of cloud architectures and programmability; able to discuss with a CIO/CTO.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to travel within EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Bring Operational Rigor & Scale – embed MEDDPICC into the sales cycle, ensure accurate forecasting, and drive high-velocity pipeline generation.
• Be the Ultimate Deal Sparring Partner – coach your team on navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Drive the Programmable Enterprise Playbook – coach reps to change RFP cycles and emphasize programmability, showing CIOs/CTOs how to tailor services.
• Drive Modern Sales Innovation – use AI tools to accelerate the sales cycle and tailor proposals with data-driven coaching.
• Build & Scale a Team of A-Players – recruit, onboard, and develop enterprise sellers who consistently exceed quota.
• Craft & Own the Market – define the Benelux playbook, territory design, and C-suite engagement.
