Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Business Development Representative - Outbound EMEA based in the Netherlands. You will build targeted outbound campaigns, identify high-potential accounts, and engage decision-makers to generate qualified sales opportunities.

You will combine strategic prospecting, cold calling, personalized outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to turn new contacts into meaningful business conversations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with cold calling.
• SaaS/tech sales experience preferred; no requirement for innovation management.
• Strong prospecting and research skills.
• Excellent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Comfort with CRM, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted outbound campaigns for European markets.
• Identify and target high-potential accounts and stakeholders.
• Engage decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn; qualify opportunities.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and manage pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve outbound effectiveness.
