Job summary

Pigment, a leading AI-powered platform for business planning, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle in the Benelux region. You will build C-suite relationships, align client objectives with Pigment’s capabilities, and collaborate with customer success and technical teams to close strategic deals.

The role requires a proven SaaS sales track record, strong networking with executives, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• First-hand experience as a B2B Enterprise Account Executive or similar SaaS sales role.
• Ability to open and develop an enterprise market within the Benelux region.
• Professional fluency in English and Dutch.
• Proven track record of success (e.g., President's Club, Chairman's Club).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with customer success and technical teams.
• Build relationships with executives at all levels and across industries to close Enterprise deals (Benelux).
• Create detailed business plans designed to attain predefined goals and quotas.
• Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales in Salesforce.
• Provide strategic guidance to prospects and customers to align Pigment’s offering with business objectives.
