Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Benelux region in Amsterdam. You will drive growth in enterprise accounts, map use cases, and promote the Databricks Data + AI Platform while guiding deals through the sales process from qualification to closure.

You will report to the Sales Director for Enterprise Sales Benelux. Fluent English is required; Dutch is preferred. This role offers a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to Enterprise accounts and managing complex deals.
• Strong understanding of MEDDPICC and sales governance.
• Fluency in English; Dutch preferred for Benelux market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess territory and develop an execution strategy.
• Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts.
• Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
• Track customer details in Salesforce (use case, timing, next steps).
• Identify new use cases and communicate value of the Databricks platform.
• Ensure customer satisfaction across accounts.
