Job summary

Camunda is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Dutch Government market. You will manage the full sales cycle, build a strong, self-generated pipeline, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value in process orchestration and agentic automation.

You will engage senior civil servants and procurement stakeholders, translating government priorities into a compelling business case while navigating formal procurement processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quota-carrying enterprise software or SaaS sales.
• Experience selling into the Dutch Government or regulated public sector.
• Strong MEDDICC discipline and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dutch Government territory and build an account strategy.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline with 2.5x coverage.
• Lead full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Coordinate cross-functional account teams and governance.
