Responsibilities

• Daily handling of export shipments.
• Administrative and operational handling of export shipments (air – sea – road – express) with emphasis on air freight.
• Daily communication with clients, suppliers, agents, overseas offices, carriers.
• Advise and offer comprehensive solutions for logistical challenges.
• Negotiate rates with various suppliers.
• Maintain contact with warehouse and planning department regarding cargo handling.
• Process and prepare customs documentation.
• Handle financial aspects of an export shipment.
