Job summary

Mainfreight Europe in Amsterdam is seeking an export team member to manage air freight shipments from confirmation through delivery. You will work to coordinate with overseas branches, partners, customers, our transport team, airlines and the Dutch Customs to move cargo on time and in full.

ABOUT THE ROLE

With a fantastic opportunity available, we are looking for a highly motivated export team member to join our air freight branch to grow our business. Airfreight experience is nice to have, but not required. All the tools will be provided for you to be successful.

DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES

Based in our Amsterdam Air Freight branch, this role is all about providing outstanding customer service and operational support to our customers. Your focus will be to take control of exports shipments from the time a shipment is confirmed to final delivery and everything in between including; liaising with our overseas Mainfreight branches and partners, customers, our Mainfreight transport team, airlines and, the Dutch Custom. Making decisions to get our cargo moving and delivered in full and on-time.
