Job summary

Arc’teryx Equipment is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for the EMEA region. The role supports the Senior VM Lead and coordinates day-to-day initiatives to ensure global standards and regional priorities are met.

The position is based in Munich with hybrid work (2 days in office, 2 days at home, 1 day flexible). Relocation to Amsterdam/Netherlands is foreseen mid-term and travel across the EMEA region is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eye for product presentation, styling, color and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, able to solve problems and drive projects forward.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Autonomy balanced with collaboration and cross-functional relationships.
• Familiarity with Arc’teryx brand and products.
• Understanding of the active outdoor market and activities.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 70%).
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or SketchUp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Visual Merchandising Lead in delivering the EMEA strategy.
• Coordinate day-to-day VM initiatives and ensure global standards are met.
• Review store photo submissions and provide actionable feedback.
• Develop and maintain regional VM standards, manuals, and tools.
• Coordinate VM projects, fixtures, mannequins, and asset requirements.
• Conduct store visits to support VM execution, training and development.
• Create and improve VM tools, decks and processes for GTM stages.
• Contribute to regional calls and communications on VM matters.
• Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and next steps with partners.
• Support Wholesale VM initiatives across the EMEA region.
