Job summary

Under Armour in Amsterdam is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting operations across EMEA, with a primary focus on interview coordination for corporate roles in the Netherlands. You will source and screen talent to support retail hiring, and serve as a key contact for candidates and internal stakeholders.

This role partners with the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and HR partners to ensure smooth scheduling across time zones, maintain accurate candidate records

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support.
• Experience supporting recruiting across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ATS such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across EMEA and globally across multiple time zones.
• Source and screen candidates to support both corporate and retail hiring.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and assist with position management.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR across the region on TA initiatives.
• Identify process improvements to enhance speed, quality and candidate experience.
