Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Field Visual Merchandising Manager to lead in-season VM execution across the EMEA retail fleet. You will translate seasonal guidelines into actionable store-level execution and drive brand-aligned, commercially effective presentations.

The role requires leading a team of Regional Visual Merchandisers, collaboration with Retail Operations, Merchandising and Marketing, and travel of ~40% to support stores. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, including field or multi-store leadership.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behaviour.
• Proven ability to lead and develop field teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-season VM execution across EMEA with consistency, quality and commercial impact.
• Own the operational rollout of seasonal floor sets, launches, and brand moments.
• Mentor Regional Visual Merchandisers and build field capability.
