Job summary
Brunswick is seeking a Senior Technical Service Manager, EMEA, to lead the regional Technical Service organization from its Amsterdam office. This role reports to the Director, Customer & Technical Services EMEA and oversees managers responsible for post-sales support, warranty management, repair coordination, and escalations across the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will have engineering training, at least three years of leadership experience, and a proven ability to drive service excellence
Qualifications
- Leadership of Technical Service Managers across EMEA.
- Oversee post-sales support, warranty, and escalation management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, Quality).
- Develop service capabilities and regional strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Managers in EMEA.
- Drive operational excellence across the EMEA Technical Service function.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure service quality and customer outcomes.
- Analyze trends to identify improvements and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Warranty teams.
