Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, a global marine leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Service Manager, EMEA to lead our regional Technical Service organization. You will oversee a team of Technical Service Managers responsible for post-sales technical support, service operations, warranty management, repair coordination, and customer escalation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, Scientific, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing managers or multi-layered teams.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support or service operations.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Service Managers to deliver customer-focused service.
• Drive operational excellence across the EMEA Technical Service function.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Warranty to resolve issues.
• Serve as final escalation point for complex customer, dealer, and distributor issues.
• Oversee technical communications, service bulletins, and field actions.
• Support regional service strategy development and dealer capability.
• Manage resource planning and workload to optimize responsiveness.
• Represent EMEA Service in regional and global initiatives with customer insights.
