Job summary

SourceIn seeks a Senior Technical Service Manager to lead and develop the EMEA Technical Service organisation. The role combines leadership, technical depth, and operational excellence, overseeing a team of about 30 across Europe.

The ideal candidate will be a confident people leader with technical depth who engages engineers, technical teams and senior stakeholders. Based in Amsterdam with hybrid work and travel ~10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical, engineering, or scientific field.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing technical service teams.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Experience in international or matrix organisations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Service Managers across Europe.
• Build a high-performing, accountable service organisation across EMEA.
• Develop leadership capability within the Technical Service team.
• Drive day-to-day performance and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Quality, and Sales.
• Manage budgets and regional service strategy.
