Job summary

Brunswick seeks an EMEA Aftersales & Technical Associate to support dealers and end-users across the EMEA region, focusing 80% on B2B dealer aftersales and 20% on D2C support. You will partner with regional teams to drive dealer success, deliver training, and manage service operations through the Flite ecosystem.

Based in Amsterdam, you will work with a cross-functional team of sales, service, and production professionals to ensure fast, local resolution and a seamless ownership experience for

Responsibilities

• Develop dealer success strategies and nurture strong partnerships.
• Meet quarterly and annual OKRs for EMEA Aftersales.
• Provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform servicing and repairs; ensure readiness for events and campaigns.
• Support local end-users and coordinate smooth handovers with dealers.
• Lead onboarding and certification programs for dealers and service centers.
