Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a strategic regional sales leader to build and scale a high-performing Direct Sales team across EMEA. You will define the regional go-to-market, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive revenue while mentoring a fast-growing team.

You will recruit, coach and develop top performers, align with partners and cross-functional leaders, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving; use of AI-powered tools or automation.
• Extensive track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation at C-level.
• Strong success in recruiting, coaching and managing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning to meet quotas and goals.
• Ownership of accurate CRM reports including forecasts and opportunity inspections.
• Ability to drive sales processes and collaborate with Sales Operations.
• Ability to understand business drivers around IT and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and promote top performers.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
• Define and execute sales strategy for the region with Sales Operations for effective Go-To-Market.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development to drive revenue.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Develop territories and quota and communicate expectations clearly.
• Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipeline to the business.
• Aim to achieve annual sales goals quarterly and annually.
• Engage with C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements.
• Foster relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Services, Marketing, Partners, and ServiceNow executives.
• Retain and grow existing customers with regular non-sales engagement to ensure excellent customer experience.
