Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth.
• Develop regional sales strategy and GTM with Sales Operations.
• Engage in territory planning and opportunity development with field teams.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Define territories and quotas, and communicate performance expectations.
• Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.
• Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and yearly basis.
• Engage in C-level meetings to understand business requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, PS, Marketing and partners.
• Retain and grow existing customers through ongoing engagement.
