Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant in Amsterdam to support Solution Sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflows, and ITX. You will be a hands-on technical consultant who can develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles.

You will lead discovery workshops, demonstrate capabilities, and respond to technical questions from customers and partners, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services to drive revenue and success.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making, or using AI-powered tools.
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management experience including pipeline building and working with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align our solution with customer needs.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Give feedback to product management on enhancements that address customer needs and add value.
• Share best practices and reusable assets to improve team efficiency and quality.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation; support marketing events.
