Job summary

Nebius Group is building the next generation of Physical AI infrastructure across the EMEA region. This role focuses on domain-led, EMEA-anchored pipeline generation and deal acceleration, opening strategic accounts and driving engagement with executive stakeholders.

You will shape opportunities in the EMEA market, collaborating with AEs and FieldCTO to accelerate time-to-close and build repeatable GTM motions tailored to Europe’s regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• EMEA Pipeline Generation & Account Ownership: Generate qualified, industry-sourced pipeline and open strategic, executive-level accounts within the EMEA Physical AI ecosystem.
• Deal Acceleration with the EMEA Field: Frame use cases and shape solution direction in the early stages of a deal, partnering with regional leaders to accelerate closure.
• EMEA Lighthouse Account Execution: Identify and secure flagship customers across EMEA's AI-native Physical AI segments, converting them into reference wins.
• Subsegment Theses & Category Building (EMEA Lens): Define EMEA-specific subsegments and extract cross-account insights to build repeatable motions.
• EMEA Sales Playbook Development: Codify market learnings into the EMEA Physical AI Playbook with battle cards and positioning guides.
