Job summary

Nebius, headquartered in Amsterdam, is building large-scale AI infrastructure for the global AI economy. You will lead the Deployment Engineering team across EMEA, combining people leadership with hands-on engineering for data center launches and expansions.

You will coordinate planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration with PM, DC Ops, and R&D, ensuring hardware bring-up and testing quality while driving process improvements to scale deployment across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with server hardware, data center infrastructure, or large-scale systems deployment.
• Proven track record leading engineers or teams.
• Ability to plan resources and coordinate work across multiple projects.
• Ownership mindset and ability to operate where processes are incomplete.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Deployment Engineering team across EMEA.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and performance management as the team grows.
• Own deployment planning and ensure adequate engineering resources.
• Drive technical execution with deep hardware, firmware, Linux and systems troubleshooting.
• Improve deployment processes and tooling to scale.
• Represent Deployment Engineering in cross-functional meetings with PM, DC Ops, and R&D.
