EMEA Partner Solutions Architect - CCaaS/CXA & AI

Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer (EMEA) to drive technical enablement and co-sell with our partner ecosystem across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. You will lead enablement programs, craft the Partner Center of Excellence, and own technical leadership for Agentic AI initiatives in CCaaS/CXA.

You will engage with CSPs, SI partners, and VARs, travel ~70%, and communicate complex requirements to Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Partner Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in the CCaaS/CXA sector.
• Fluent in Dutch and professional English; additional German or French is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, MIS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Enablement plans for partner Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers.
• Provide technical oversight and co-selling support to partner sales teams.
• Demonstrate Talkdesk platform and articulate enterprise integration within complex ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain deep partner domain expertise across Benelux and DACH regions.
