Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Partner Solution Architect to drive tech enablement and success across our partner ecosystem.

You will work with the Director of Partner Solutions Architects to onboard partner tech resources, run enablement programs, and support customer demonstrations and value proofs. The role emphasizes collaboration across product, engineering, and partner teams to maximize adoption of Datadog features.

Qualifications

10–15 years in a customer or partner-facing technical role.
Hands-on IT development/operations experience would be advantageous.
Strong ability to articulate Datadog value from technical to business audiences.

Responsibilities

Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
Support joint business planning and alignment between Datadog and partner teams.
Lead customer demonstrations and proofs of value with partner teams; provide coaching on best practices.
Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution.
Analyze partner service offerings and advise on increasing Datadog feature adoption.
