Job summary

Under Armour in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for the EMEA region. You will manage 2–3 exclusive distribution partners, drive sales across Wholesale, Retail, DTC and E‑commerce, and translate global brand strategies into local execution.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales, including 3–5 years in Key Account Management, with strong negotiation, communication and English fluency. Hybrid work with 4 days in office and limited travel.

Qualifications

• Understanding market Sales Strategy across channels (Wholesale, DTC, E‑com).
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Self-starter with high energy for a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales experience; 3–5 years in Key Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Represent UA brand externally and align with distributor regions internally.
• Identify opportunities across Wholesale, DTC and E‑com channels.
• Drive seasonal category growth and GTM initiatives for EMEA.
• Monitor sell-out and orders; ensure reliable supply and delivery.
• Develop distributor account plans and 3–5 year market strategies.
• Lead negotiations on terms and conditions with partners.
• Support GTM processes and sales development activities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising and Marketing teams.
