Job summary

Under Armour in Amsterdam is seeking a Key Account Manager Distributors to drive Sales, Wholesale, Retail and Ecom across the assigned EMEA region with 2-3 exclusive distribution partners. You will align distributor activities with Under Armour's global GTM strategies and ensure brand execution is consistent.

Qualifications

• Understanding and ability to drive a market Sales Strategy across Wholesale, DTC, E.com.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Direct Marketing fundamentals and channel/brand support.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of relevant Sales experience with 3-5 years in Key Account Management.
• Market skills and experience across EMEA regions.

Responsibilities

• Represent UA brand externally to distributor regions and coordinate with internal teams.
• Identify commercial opportunities in Wholesale, Pure Players and DTC (Retail, ECom).
• Drive seasonal category growth initiatives aligned with the EMEA GTM strategy.
• Monitor sell-out, order book, and ensure cost-effective, reliable supply for the account.
• Oversee distributor strategies with account plans and 3-5 year market expansion.
• Support GTM processes and sales development tasks to maintain operating efficiency.
