Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an ITAD Account Manager to drive growth and manage customer relationships across the EMEA region for IT Asset Disposition services. You will act as the primary contact for channel partners and direct customers, identifying opportunities and delivering secure, compliant disposition solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or sales within IT services or ITAD.
• Understanding IT hardware lifecycle and asset disposition processes.
• Experience managing customer relationships and commercial contracts.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of ITAD customers in EMEA.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive service expansion.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and informed reporting.
