Job summary

the Infinite Group B.V. is seeking an ITAD Business Development Representative to drive the commercial growth of our ITAD 2.0 organization.

You will identify opportunities in IT lifecycle management, buyback solutions, circular IT, and asset recovery, building long-term relationships with customers and partners. You will work with our ITAD team, Services, Operations, Logistics, and Stock teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in business development, IT lifecycle services, ITAD, brokerage, hardware sales, logistics, or related commercial environment.
• Fluent professional English; other languages a plus.
• Commercially strong and relationship-driven.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and solution-minded.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities related to IT lifecycle management, buyback solutions, circular IT, hardware brokerage, refurbishment, and sustainable asset recovery.
• Build long-term customer and partner relationships; translate commercial opportunities into scalable solutions with Services, Operations, and Stock teams.
• Collaborate with ITAD team, Services organization, and international partner network to grow ITAD & BBaaS internationally.
• Maintain CRM and update pipeline; participate in shaping and growing the international ITAD business.
