Job summary

o9 seeks an Innovation Strategist I for the EMEA region to join our Business Development team, identifying key decision-makers and turning opportunities into revenue-generating client solutions across designated industries. You will work with Account Executives and Pre-sales to develop opportunities and engage potential customers.

You will collaborate across time zones with Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, with growing responsibilities over time within the Business

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or quantitative field.
• 0–2 years of experience in top-tier consulting.
• Experience with CRM/lead generation tools (Salesforce, Apollo) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the EMEA market through campaigns and outreach.
• Build a prospect database and communication strategy using LinkedIn and other sources.
• Collaborate with Industry Sales Leaders, Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to initiate meetings with prospects.
• Demonstrate the o9 platform in limited fashion to potential clients.
• Increase the number of qualified opportunities in the pipeline.
• Contribute to higher win-rates in competitive cycles from the pipeline.
• Own Top of the Funnel activities including partners and events.
• Work with the o9 Creative team on outreach content and community events.
• Conduct industry research on SIM or Retail in EMEA to understand customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date prospect and client information in Salesforce.
• Share best practices with Innovations Strategist teams in NA and India.
