Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking a Senior Marketplace Growth & AI Strategy Developer to join the EMEA Marketplace team in Amsterdam. You will drive marketplace strategy, analytics, and commercial decision-making across multiple countries and channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct marketplace mapping and channel analysis across EMEA markets.
Identify growth opportunities, white spaces, and expansion potential.
Support development of marketplace strategies across countries and distribution channels.
Analyze market, consumer, and competitive trends to generate actionable insights.
Build business cases to support commercial decisions.
Partner with local and central teams to align marketplace priorities.
Monitor initiative performance through reporting and KPI tracking.
Support business reviews and leadership presentations.
Enhance reporting standards and analytical processes.
Identify emerging market opportunities and future growth drivers.
Collaborate with stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
