Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Innovation Strategist I for the EMEA region, based in Amsterdam. You will identify key decision-makers in target industries, collaborate with sales and pre-sales, and convert opportunities into revenue-generating client solutions.

You will analyze supply chain challenges, engage with teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, and contribute to global growth within a fast‑growing enterprise software company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, marketing, quantitative, supply chain or engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience within a top-tier consulting firm.
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts and CRM/lead generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify key decision-makers in target markets across EMEA and develop revenue-generating client solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Pre-sales to initiate meetings with industry prospects.
• Conduct some product demonstrations of the o9 platform to prospects.
• Grow the number of qualified opportunities in the sales pipeline.
• Support cross-functional teams with market intelligence and industry research.
