• Ownership of accurate CRM reports and quarterly forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategy in coordination with Sales Operations.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship building, and opportunity development to drive revenue.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Set territories and quotas and clearly communicate performance expectations.
• Forecast and pipeline reporting to the business.
• Achieve annual sales goals quarterly and annually.
• Engage with C-level meetings to understand customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, and Partner network.
• Retain and grow existing customers with regular engagement to deliver excellent customer experience.
