Job summary

TheSoul Group is seeking a GTM Principal to open and own a market in EMEA, from first conversation to signed contract. You will lead a tight team, own CEO relationships, run demos and negotiations, and advise post‑go-live to drive renewals and expansions.

You will work in a remote-first, hybrid environment with heavy client travel and a focus on AI-enabled GTM strategies across Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a commercial career.
• Full-cycle closing of six-figure deals from cold start to signature.
• Ability to open a market, region or segment on your own.
• Evidence of demand creation and advisory presence with CEOs.
• Hands-on AI: use of real LLM tools and agents.
• Self-sourced pipeline with traceable sources.

Responsibilities

• Own a market and decide how to open it.
• Run the first meeting and the demo solo.
• Lead the deal through offer, negotiation and contract.
• Advise the CEO post go-live to drive renewal and expansion.
• Capture learnings into playbooks for faster future deals.
