Job summary

Sowelo Consulting is seeking a Product Manager to lead growth across Europe for a fast-growing B2B SaaS leader. You will own the European product and go-to-market strategy for supply chain and e-invoicing solutions, guiding investments via market research and ICPs.

You will align Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and Engineering to execute a data-driven GTM strategy, and localize messaging for regional markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Proven ownership of strategy, roadmaps, and GTM execution.
• Experience tailoring ICPs, personas, and positioning for markets.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Experience collaborating across international teams and cultures.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and driving data-backed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define regional product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for core solutions.
• Own e-invoicing portfolio and influence supply chain product direction.
• Lead market research, ICPs, personas, and pricing with GTM in mind.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Engineering to execute GTM.
• Localize messaging, decks, and product releases for European markets.
