Eaton is seeking a Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader to join our EMEA team. This role drives the commercial success of Eaton’s Data Center portfolio by linking market needs, segment strategy and portfolio execution.

Location preference is the UK, with flexibility for Ireland, Western Europe, and Dubai. You’ll own the SP process, define segmentation, and lead cross‑functional alignment to deliver a compelling, growth‑oriented offer strategy.

Qualifications

• Masters in engineering with leadership credentials.
• Proven track record in strategy, offer management and commercialization.
• Experience with technical solutions and B2B markets.

Responsibilities

• Own segment strategy planning and tracking with metrics.
• Define, position and evolve Eaton's offer portfolio for Data Center.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across segments, marketing and sales.
• Develop MEMOs with win/loss insights and market dynamics.
• Drive GTM plans, pricing, ROI analyses and market launches.
