Job summary

Delta-Electronics seeks an experienced Operations professional to anchor regional business operations across the EMEA region. You will consolidate data, draft regional strategy with the Platform Leader, and ensure alignment across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.

You will lead process optimization initiatives, monitor KPI performance, and drive cross-country collaboration to improve efficiency and execution. Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems is essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or Customer Operations within international business environments.
Experience leading ERP implementation, business system optimization and digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of commercial operations, customer operations, supply chain and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

Assist the Platform Leader in drafting and consolidating regional strategy and business plans.
Coordinate end-to-end daily business operations across the EMEA region for both solution and branded product lines.
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with regional and global operational, commercial, and financial standards.
Track KPI achievements, conduct detailed revenue gap analyses, and formulate practical recovery plans.
Collaborate with cross-country teams to identify operational bottlenecks and support initiatives that improve overall business performance.
