Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Remote Modular Data Center Opportunity Manager to coordinate the opportunity pipeline across Europe. You will drive visibility, ensure data quality, and align Sales, Tendering, Engineering, and external partners from first engagement through tendering.

You will maintain pipeline transparency in Salesforce, qualify opportunities, and push for disciplined execution across the funnel in a hands-on program-management role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities or projects.
• Mix of technical and commercial experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Tendering, Engineering and external partners to develop modular data center opportunities.
• Maintain and track an accurate opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and other tools.
• Prepare pipeline reports, dashboards and status updates highlighting risks and actions.
• Facilitate tender activities across teams, ensuring clear responsibilities and inputs.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines and dependencies across opportunities.
• Drive timely follow-up and issue resolution for opportunities.
• Improve opportunity-management processes and reporting for transparency.
• Engage with external modular partners to support opportunity development.
