Airwallex is seeking an experienced (Senior) Counsel to support our fast growing commercial legal team across the EMEA region. You will lead negotiations on high-stakes enterprise deals and shape scalable templates, playbooks, and processes for a rapidly expanding business.

Based in Amsterdam, you will advise the Commercial team and collaborate with global legal, compliance, and risk peers across multiple jurisdictions to drive strategic, cross-border transactions while maintaining Airwallex’s

Formación

5–8 years of legal experience, including private practice at a top law firm.
In-house fintech experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers and manage multiple deals.

Responsabilidades

Drive complex, high-stakes enterprise deals across EMEA, with emphasis on UK, NL, and IL.
Develop and implement scalable templates, playbooks, and processes for the Commercial Legal function.
Be a strategic partner to the Commercial leadership and collaborate to scale go-to-market efforts.
Leverage data and technology to increase efficiency of legal operations.
Collaborate with Airwallex’s global legal, compliance, and risk teams across jurisdictions.
Contribute to the culture and integrity of the legal team and the company.
